Our Story
WeedHub was founded by serial entrepreneurs Albert Goh and Kotaro Ise in 2022, following Thailand’s legalization of Cannabis.
Goh, the founder of UnionSpace, the international co-working & co-living space partnered up with Ise, the founder of popular Bangkok’s home service platform: Aya-san to bring you WeedHub, the ultimate marketplace for Cannabis products, news and events.
WeedHub was one of the first Cannabis shops that sprouted up in Thailand shortly after Marijuana’s legalization and is reputed to have some of the strongest edibles you can find in the Sukhumvit area.
“We are here to change the general perspective that cannabis is bad, illicit, and harmful,” says Goh. “We believe that cannabis is not any way more harmful, intoxicating or addictive than alcohol or cigarettes.”
WeedHub is currently a content platform for Weed, an e-commerce shop and also a supplier of various products for other Cannabis brands around the city.
Our vision of the future is the democratization of Cannabis. We envision a world where people can be educated, utilize and cultivate the plant safely. We aim to be a company to aid the maturing of the Cannabis industry here in Thailand where Cannabis is predicted to be a cash-crop for the country.
As Cannabis is an industry that’s still in the fringes of society, and not exactly mainstream, WeedHub is here to challenge the norms of what is being done to show you a different way of doing things that has never been done before.
We believe in being a people-first company. Our relationship with our suppliers, partners and customers is highly valued. As smoking pot can be a social activity that makes one open up, we like to keep our attitude fun, light-hearted and silly sometimes.
WeedHub started out as a bar in Sukhumvit soi 26 called Singsing26. However, a few months into the operation, we got kicked out because the owner didn’t like the what we were doing. Now our current shop is located inside the co-working space: UnionSpace Ekkamai where you can access our wide range of Cannabis products. Country-wide delivery is available. Do visit and say hi!
